When do I have to pay ?

Our Paris chauffeur service has a flexible payment policy and you can choose when to pay for the services. You can either pay at the time of the booking or directly to the driver on your arrival.

Will the driver wait for me if my flight is delayed?

Yes. After booking your luxury car from Paris airport, we monitor the status of your flight and the estimated time of arrival. Your professional chauffeur will be notified of any delays and will wait for you.

Can I change my reservation ?

If I cancel my reservation, Is there any cancellation fee ?

To cancel your reservation, please send us an email at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If we don’t receive your cancellation request at least 24 hours (1 day) before your arrival, we will not be able to process it and you will be fully charged for your reservation.

What are the available payment methods ?

We have a flexible payment policy and allow our clients to pay either at the moment of booking or on their arrival. At the moment of booking, it is possible to pay online via PayPal. Otherwise, you can pay the driver on your arrival.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once you have completed all the steps to book your Paris airport transfer, we will confirm your reservation by email. If you can’t find an email from us in your inbox, please check the SPAM folder. If you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Are there any extra charges ?
